YARD OF THE MONTH
Lakes of Windermere HOA proudly presents a new program to our community - Yard of the Month. Starting July 1, 2026 residents of LOW can nominate yards in our neighborhood or even self nominate. At the beginning of the following month, the ARB will select a winner. The winning yard will have a sign to display for the month and be given an award. For more information go to the ARB page for rules and guidelines. You will find an online form there for nominations!
