The Lakes of Windermere HOA provides various options for HOA membership payments.

Payment Option Details

Check or Money Order

All owners receive a coupon booklet. You can send a check or money order in with your coupon when payments are due. Make your check or money order payable to: The Lakes of Windermere Community Association, Inc.


If you have misplaced your coupons, you can make payment by writing 6759 489 and then your account number on your check and mailing it to: The Lakes of Windermere Community Association, Inc., C/O Alliance Processing Center, P.O. Box 621055, Orlando, FL 32862. Please contact assessments@lelandmanagement.com if you don’t know your account number.

Please allow 5 to 7 days for your check or money to process.

Bill Pay

You can set up bill pay through your bank if your bank offers this service. When setting up the account for your bank, the payee is The Lakes of Windermere Community Association, Inc.. Include 6759 489 and then your account number and the payee address should be The Lakes of Windermere Community Association, Inc., C/O Alliance Processing Center, P.O. Box 621055, Orlando, FL 32862.

Please allow up to 7 days for your payment to post. Some banks use electronic transfer and others cut a check and mail it on behalf of the owner.

Automatic Payment (ACH)

You may sign up for Automatic Payment (ACH / eCheck) to have payments automatically drafted directly from your bank account for quarterly assessments. There is no charge for this service and it eliminates the need to schedule and mail checks. You may sign up for this service online by going to www.lelandmanagement.com and clicking on “Set-up Automatic Assessment Payment” located on the left side of the home page.

Online Payment

Owners can make a one-time payment at http://www.lelandmanagement.com/communities/lakes-of-windermere-comm-association. There is a $9.95 processing fee for this service. Please make sure to correctly input your account information on the site or your payment will not be accounted for correctly. All your payment account information is located on your coupon book.
